Nestled in Phayathai road, Rabbitat is a 2-star hostel that welcome backpackers both Thai and foreigners. The hostel’s concept is to create a cosy hideout to comfort guests from the busy city. The challenge of this project is to bring out the concept with a very limited budget. We decided to use earthy textured paint together with arch niches to represent rebbit hole-like element while integrating function into them. As a result, all the bespoke decerative elements are, in the same time, functional and cost saving.
