In the past decade, the lifestyle of Thai people have changed substantially because of the changes in cultures. Nowadays, family size has become smaller. Thus, real estate companies need to adapt their strategies to maintain the size of their market share. Compact houses which are more suitable for the small families have come to be the vital strategy for businesses. As a result, the Private Nirvana company, our client, decided to follow the market trend by constructing compact houses with a working area with huge working table which serves the users who work from home. In addition, we designed several different space characteristics in the house, such as the spiral staircase going up to the garret and the garden at the second floor, to serve the general users requirements.
